While there's so much that can be gleaned online, there was no real way to get a feel for it all without someone on the ground with knowledge of the ins and outs. Friends recommended you to us. They not only recommended you, they highly recommended you. From the very start, you helped us narrow down the search, advised on the different neighborhoods, and started to lay out what the inventory was so that we could understand the universe of renting in Miami. Your initial advice helped us create a roadmap for timing and logistics. It helped us take some of the guesswork out of the search and, with knowledge being power, that allayed a lot of our fears of the unknown. It was obvious from the start that you know your business, and know it well. Then, with only a little notice we booked a trip to Miami to dive in. We put together a list of properties and to our discredit only sent it to you the day before our flight. You hit the ground running setting up appointments for us and advising us of the ones that were either no longer available or undesirable for one reason or another, and suggested alternatives. We arrived in Miami and within an hour or so of us checking into the Airbnb you had already set up a viewing even though you had just had emergency oral surgery. You were responsive in real time via text and phone guiding us along at every step of the way. You were our lifeline. Over the next 2 days, you arranged for us to view several apartments. You taught us the ropes, you answered a million questions. You kept us moving and seeing and learning. When we found the apartment, you arranged for access with just a few hours' notice. You hustled and you were always accessible. We knew- as much as we knew anything else- that if we reached out to you, day or night, that you were on the other end and that you would respond forthwith. Most importantly to these New Yorkers, you were straight with us. I'm not sure how to word this appropriately- but there was no BS. Your advice was accurate and when we had a question that you didn't know the answer to, you advised us that you would look into it and find out the answer. And that's exactly what you did, and did it swiftly. When we had a good feel for the lay of the land we started making offers. Our offer technique needed a little tweaking and you guided us appropriately. Of all the apartments that we visited, we got our number 1 choice. Then, you guided us through the escrow and signage process. And just like that, we had a lease for a great apartment in Brickell. To say that that checked off the most important box on our list would be an understatement. And for it all, we have you to thank. You played a critical role in being settled in one of the most beautiful and vibrant cities in the world. We thank you for everything from the bottom of our hearts.
